Advanced Control and Applications on Smart Materials-based Actuators

The objective of this special session is to present the new research ideas and results on smart materials-based actuators, which deal with modeling, and control problems for nonlinear, uncertain smart materials-based actuators. The results on theory and applications of smart materials-based actuators modeling and control system design will be shown in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed strategies.
